“That’s another boobquake Sigs.. and .. that last aftershock was even bigger.”

“A yup ..  we’ve got to move on to something else or I’m going to have to take care of myself for awhile.”

“Not so fast shorty.  We’ve got to work out something safe first.  I’d be way too dangerous now with me on hair-trigger like this.”  We need to calm down.”

“OK.  Hold up your arm like before and I’ll grab it.  That ok?”

She lifted him from her bra and then slowly lowered him to the floor.  “Stay right there.  I’m laying down now..”  

“God you’re huge…”

“That’s not exactly what a girl wants to hear”

“I mean at least to me. What are you,  over a hundred feet?…”

“One hundred fifteen … to you that is,   but I like to think of it as you being a bit under four inches.”

“I’m kinda lucky you know..”

“Don’t worry. It goes up and down enough with your breathing to be a little scary.”  He stopped and looked up at her back.  “Your back’s too high and your skin looks a little slippery.  I’m going down to your ankle and walk up…”

“I have to check it.   A giant hand docked palm up on the left side of her back.  Get on my hand and you won’t have to jump.   on yet?”

Being on the floor this close to Sigrún at full height sent a shiver down his spine.  Also a bit of excitement. . Hopefully he’d get used to it.  Hopefully this was as far as the shrinking would go.  Imagining those 4Pi and 6Pi women was ..  well .. not something to think about just now.

“The one in Denmark is doing the best.  She understands something happened and that she’s a giantess but she’s safe.  She even told them she wants to stay if they’ll let her.  The Cape Cod girl is demanding to have have everything be put back to normal and threw a car into the ocean.  They’ve talked her down, but …”

“And the one in Belarus?”

“That’s the bad case.  She’s panicked and curled into a fetal position and not eating.  They’re trying to feed her, but that means mostly potatoes. The part of the country she’s in is very poor.  The person working with her is some teenager who knows a little English.  To make matters worse they have a lot of guns pointed at her.  Someone from the embassy has been trying to reach her, but the police aren’t letting him in.  The only other thing I know is they’re trying to arrange for a plane to airlift her out.”

“They can do that?”

“I have no idea, but they must think they can.”

“shit .. poor girl.  Anything else about her?”

“Now they’re saying she’s 22 and not a student.  It sounds like she’s the aspiring model or actress type.”

“That kind of kills the mood…”

“Yeah right..  I should probably get on the phone and start digging a bit more to see if everything’s being tried. Wanna go back to your place?”

“Sure ..  if you’ll give me a lift.”

“You got it.  We should make an elevator or something..”

“If you don’t mind I’d like to run some clothes I might wear for the trip by you.”
